Ometek has extensive exeprience in sheet metal fabricating for a variety of industries and applications to strict quality standards. We can provide service for “one off” programs and volume programs. Virtually all fabrication is handled in-house at our 100,000 square foot facility. We fabricate custom products using state-of-the art equipment which includes the Amada 3015 Laser, Amada Vipros Punch Presses, FLOW Waterjet System, Press Brake Fabrication Cell, and our Copper Bar fabricating cell.

Our nesting software, utilized on our Amada 3015 Laser, allows us ultimate utilization of sheet material and ultimately reducing costs to our customers for fabricated parts. Automated load and unload on the Amada 3015 Laser also improves throughput. These are just some of the many aspects of our process and equipment designed to maximize output, improve efficiency and help reduce costs.
