Ometek has extensive experience in precision machining for a variety of industries and applications to strict quality standards. We can provide service for “one off” programs and volume programs. All machining is handled in-house at our 100,000 square foot facility. Our Hass VF-3SS with tool changer and trunnion, allows us to machine more complex parts with no change out. The VF-3SS provides full simultaneous five-axis motion and can position a part to almost any angle for machining. Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers can machine the most intricate part to your specifications. Our facility and processes are designed to maximize output, improve efficiency and help reduce costs. Ometek also specializes in customize delivery and replenishment programs to further achieve these goals.
