MIG/TIG WeldingWelding Overview

Ometek has extensive exeprience in welding for a variety of industries and applications to strict quality standards. We can provide service for "one off" programs and volume programs. All welding services are handled in-house at our 100,000 square foot facility. With increased volume, weld times can be significantly reduced with fixtures for our Motoman Dual 6-axis robotoic welding system with 2-sided servo. For many jobs, regardless of volume, welding time can be reduced by designing slot and tab construction in your design. These time saving and other methods employed by our processes help increase efficiency while reducing production cycles and costs.
